Heney, the famous graft prosecutor, said that free speech in the case of Seattle means much and that the recent trou bier between the Sattle and Hanford over , the street car injunction, is a powerful argument in favor of the re call of the judiciary. He said: "The case is vital. The nine men arrested for conspiracy to obstruct Justice, if convicted, means that a precedent will be established which will permit the Judges under fire, to arrest and pun ish with Jail sentences everyone who dares to criticize them.
