Noted rrocutor Argues In Defense of
Seattle "Mobs.":'.
San Francisco, Sept. 13. In an in
terview here today F. J. Heney, the
famous graft prosecutor, said that
free speech in the case of Seattle
means much and that the recent trou
bier between the Sattle and Hanford
over , the street car injunction, is a
powerful argument in favor of the re
call of the judiciary. He said: "The
case is vital. The nine men arrested
for conspiracy to obstruct Justice, if
convicted, means that a precedent will
be established which will permit the
Judges under fire, to arrest and pun
ish with Jail sentences everyone who
dares to criticize them. "It will be the
first step towards the establishment of
a Judicial kingdom and placing the
Judges on a throne where they can
look down upon the people and Jail
