Attorney Turner Oliver left this morning for Rondowa where he w ill spend a little time fishing. Rev. S. W. Seemann, is home from Elgin, where he officiated at the Rine-bait-Masterson wedding today at noon. W. K. Kivette, the Boise lumberman who is staying here, w ent out on t he "Wallowa train today, pleasure bent Herman Clark, who has been visi ting the Seattle fair, resumed his place in the La Grande National bank this morning. Miss Laura Huff took her departure this morning for Mompieler, Idaho, to visit relatives. She has been employed at the Sommer Hotel for some time. Rev. J. D. Gillilan left this morn ing for Haines and North Powder. He will also visit the Methodist churches ; 1b Union and Cove before returning, ft Mac Wood left this morning to join Currey, Sargent and Collier, who went over yesterday to interest the Wallowa county people In the fair.
