With a large delegation from the larger towns and at least one from each of the many hamlets, the committee -will be sufficient to treat the excursion ists right. . '"' Local Men to Speak. Attorney J. D. Slater and District Attorney F, 8. Ivanhoe are slated for responses to addresses of welcome. The address of welcome to Wallowa town will be responded by Mr.. Slater, while Colonel Ivanhoe will respond to the welcome to Wallowa county. As .the day approaches for the big excursion, lunch baskets well equip ped with tin cups are being prepared, in mind, and by Sunday morning will be a reality.'
