Thomet reached for his ' re volver and opened fire, wounding one of the robbers. The latter fired at Thomet, who staggered through the door In a dying condition. Bloodhounds from Spokane are be ing brought to trail the murderers. After Thomet fell Into the other room, the desperadoes entered the same room through another door and hot him several times more. They then escaped In the direction of Ferry, Wash. . One of the quartet held up Included the local banker. No attempt . was made to touch the till.
