L.Van Nuys. Wm. Mclllroy, the Elgin real estate dealer is a business visitor in the city today. There is every indication that the spec ial council meeting will be well attended this evening. Ralph Harder, who has has been em ployed in the creamery in this citv. left this morning for Pendleton where he will work in the Pendleton creamery. Mr. and Mrs. A. W. Harper and Mr. and Mrs. L. T. Harper all of Lawrence, South Dakota, arrived last evening and will spend tome time in this city and Pendleton, visiting with E. 0. Harper. Both may locate in this state. Mrs. J. C. STEINBECK'S SUITE RING ENDED Mrs. J. F.
