PRESIDENT RETURNS HONE President Roosevelt will return to Washington tomorrow, from his home at Oyster Bay, N. Y., where he spent the summer. Soon after his return he will make a flying trip to Pennsylvania to make a speech at the dedication of the new capitol at Harrisburg and another at the county fair in York. In November the President plans to go to Panama to for Mnwolf wht in pninff on there. It is anticipated that another shake-up in the canal building management is near. Chair man Shonta is not generally regarded as likely to hold his job long. While the President has been at Oyster Bay, the Whit Hous hat been renovated and re paired and quit a portion of the lower part has been remodeled. CHAMBERLAIN IS YISITWG BAKER Governor Chamberlain arrived last night from Hot Lake where he has been taking a day's vacation on his way to Harney county where he will make torn address es and visit the Burns fair.
