Sept. 18-For the first timt in thtir liv the policy holders of the Mutual Lift Insurance Company art enjoying the privelege today to cast their votes at an election of directors, without any attempt of coercion on the party of the administration of the company. There are three distinct tickets in the field, the regular administration ticket, the inde pendent ticket headed by John De Witt Warner and the ticket of the International policy holders' committee. It is believed that the two anti-administration factions will combine against the administration and the defeat of the latter is confidently expected.
