Oliver Smith, of Yankton, who waa arrested Sunday night by Sheriff Hat tan aad Deputy Wood, charged with cutting Charlee Webber with a knife, will have a preliminary bearing Sep tember 26th, he having given a bond of $1,000 for hia appearance.
