City of Eugene Community Rela tions Director Jan Bohman said the amount candidates spend on a race depends on how contested the seat is. She added that the amount spent on a race doesn't always indicate its success. "The person who spends the most money isn't necessarily the one who is victorious," Bohman said. This summer, Petkun and Ravas sipour will plan the ASUO fall Street Faire and start tackling what Petkun calls the "sketchy scheduling penalty," or the absence of a full refund when students drop courses late. "At the same time, we would like stu dents on campus when we tackle some of these things," Petkun said. "It'll still mostly be planning and strategizing."
