The subject for College Hour this week will be. “Evangelism Tomorrow." Rev. John Klebe will be showing slides of the recent Berlin Congress on Evangelism. All are welcome to come. College Hour is at Ann Judson House. 1332 Kincaid, at 8:30 p.m. First Church of Christ The question “Where Does Energy Come From?” will be ex amined from the Christian Sci ence point of view at a public lecture in Eugene on Thursday. Gertrude E. Velguth, C.S., a Christian Science practitioner j from Flint, Michigan, will be the speaker, under sponsorship of j First Church of Christ, Scientist, | Eugene. The lecture will begin at 8 p.m. in the church edifice j located at 1390 Pearl Street. The lecture offers an explana-' tion of “spiritual energy” and de- ] scribes it as the basic divine force that impels human progress j and changes people’s lives. Poverty Specialist Talks at Berkeley “Preventing School Desegrega tion from Being Tokenism” will be the subject of a talk Clyde | DeBerry. Poverty Specialist at the University, will deliver on the 1 University of California campus' at Berkeley, today. DeBerry will speak to delegates who will be attending the Gradu-' ate Internship Program in Teach er Education Conference Friday and Saturday.
