Wrestlers Host OCE, PSC Vikings By RANDE WILMARTH Sports Editor If last weekend’s road trip for the Oregon wrestling squad was any indication of things to come, then things just might be looking up for the Ducks. The Webfoot squad hosts Ore gon College of Education Friday night and Portland State Satur day night in McArthur Court after having increased its dual meet record to 3-2 with two wins during the journey to eastern I Oregon and Washington. “Things are starting to shape i up real well,” said varsity head j coach Art Keith Thursday. “1 think that road trip helped. We’ve 1 worked on takedowns and now we're getting some response.” Oregon stopped Washington State and Eastern Oregon College : on the road and the work on the takedowns was probably one of ' the top reasons for the wins. Barnett, who has a 20.5 shooting average in four PAC games, will lead the Duck attack Fri day in Corvallis at 8 p.m. and Saturday in McArthur Court at 2:30 pjn. Saturday’s contest will be a regionally televised game.
