Meeting Set The L'mpqua Valley League will hold its quarterly meeting for teachers and principals at din ner meeting to be held at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov, 28, at the Myrtle Creek school cafeteria. The Myrtle Creek school board will hold a special meeting at 8 p.m. Nov. 28 at the primary build ing. Myrtle Creek school students will have Thursday and Friday off for Thanksgiving vacation. The Myrtle Creek PTA again cancelled their high school open house night that was to be held Nov. 27, because of the County OEA dinner that is scheduled for that night. No new date has been set as yet, announced Mrs. Sail, president. Myrtle Creek PTA executive board members will meet Nov. 29 at 8 p.m. at the home of Alec Reibcr. Mrs. Fisher Visits In Camas Valley By MRS. WM. CUNNINGHAM Mrs. Dallas Fisher of Eugene spent the weekend visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Gayle Bark er. Mr. and Mrs. John Stone have returned to their home in Pierre, S.D., after a vacation in the val ley, and stopping at points of in terest along the Oregon Coast. A report has come in from Mrs. Oral Sallee that her rhododendron bush is in full bloom, after having several hard freezes in the valley.
