To Enhance Beauty, Utility And Value New Paint 'Ups Value Of Houses For many homeowner, "Opera tion Home Improvement" will be gin wittj a new paint job for the bouse. Outside, as well as Inside, fresh new paint color can do much to make the house look charming and pleasant. Good painting can either accent or minimize the architec tural flaws or good points of a bouse. In general light colors make a small house look larger.
