Georgia Leaders Begin Crusade On Segregation A.MEKICUS, Ga. tfl Political leaders of Georgia have called for a "ureal crusade" on the county level to prevent mixing the races in a move which openly defied U.S. Supremt Court decisions on segre gation. Plans were outlined Wednesday at the first grass roots meeting of the States Rights Council of Geor gia tnc. in this southwest Georgia city. Gov. Marvin Griffin headed a parade of speakers who empha sized that organization of the re cently formed States pighls Coun cil must be carried out through all levels in the counties. Asserting that he "did not be lieve in the decisions of the Su preme Court," Griffin pledged that "as long as I am governor of the state there will not be any mixing of the races in schools and col leges at any time or any place." Former Gov.
