WOVEN WIRE FENCE TO BE CONSTRUCTED AT FINLAY FIELD Construction of a woven wire fence around Flnlay Field, the liiih school athletic grounds, is being undertaken and part of the work is already done. The high school has had considerable diffi culty in handling the crowds at tending athletic events because of the lack of a fence, aud the Im provement will be a great holt).
