forced concrete building which
will be occupied by the Koseburg
Cleaners. The buildins is being
constructed by Wilbur Spaugh and
has been leased for a long term of
years to N. W. Perkins, owner of
the Roseburg Cleaners. The struc
ture will be one story in height
and will serve the cleaners and
other businesses.

fence around Flnlay Field, the

being undertaken and part of the
work is already done. The high
school has had considerable diffi
culty in handling the crowds at
tending athletic events because of
the lack of a fence, aud the Im
