Achor conducted the devo tionais. The subject for the day was "Hold fast that which la good and go forward. Hold fast to Christ, and lo the church. The beat for tbla world and tne next. Then, hold fast to the Volstead act." In discussion, it was said. "It la one ot our best laws, and we must keep It. Hold fast against any effort to repeal it or set It aside, (io forward in teaching and training the coming generation. A definite educational program is needed. Fight the narcotic evil and work for world prohibition." Prayer waa offered by Mra. Betta and Rev. Achor. Mra. Ar thur and Mrs. Cutter sang a beauti ful duet, "The Savior for Me," with Mra. Two Matrons Entertain for Club Croup at Luncheon Thursday Mrs. Fred Bowen and Mrs. Ed Marsters Joined In entertaining at a one o'clock luncheon oa Thurs day. The cffalr came aa one of the larger social club events and was given at the home of Mrs. Bowen Bright holiday colors were used In decoration ami each table was centered with tall red tapers.
