Of this number the city of Koseburg Is expected to purchase one-half. while the county at large Is being asked to take the remainder. The quota for the county in money is 11.600, which Is nearly $700 more than was raised last year. In 1924 the county purchased 4.3 stamps per capita as. against 2.4 for the year previous, 2.6 In 1922 and 3.3 In 1921. The state at large last year averaged 6.8 stamps as com pared with 6.4 stamps for 1923. yesterday's sale was conducted by the Koseburg Woman's club, and the receipts amounted to $90.
