The new plans call for a larger gymnasium than originally provided, also for some shifting in departmental rooms, and other minor changes. Alaska, was employed to take charge of this department in the Roseburg schools next year, tak ing the place of Miss Janet Ward who will not teach next term. Miss Ueland was a member of the facul ty a few years ago and her work is exceptionally good and the board feels delighted that she Is (9 re turn.
