HAVE BEEN ANNOUNCED The winners of the contest, which" has been conducted at Churchill's Hardware store during their sale last week, have been an nounced. Mrs. E. R. Metzger of this city, won first prize, having re ceived 67,000 votes, and received a handsome 125 set of dinner dishes. Mrs. John Sinclair, of Gar den Valley, came a close ' second, recefc-iJig 62,000 votes and winning a fine $12 set of silverware. Mrs. George ' Kohlhagen of this city, came third, receiving 48,000 votes, winning a fine S carving set. The contest, ran high during the latter part of the week, the winners run ning close together. Mr. Thomas Monroe, the .sales manager from Eugene, who put on the sale, su pervised the counting of the votes.
