As Douglas county Is preeminently a cotton raising county, the business men have organized for the purpose of wearin goveralls for the supposed purpose of raisins the price of cot ton to the grower of the county. It Is expected that this movement will spread to tne entire stale, eviueuuy being fostered by the "Patronize Home Industry Association." Div.irdas county has only seven hundred farmers engaged In the raising of sheep and goats: they own sixty-nine thousand four hundred and sixty-eight head of sheep and gouts. Of course this does not com pare with the amount of cotton that Is produced In the county; therefore "wvar overalls" should be the slogan of everybody. This will sure get you somewhere if it is carried far enough. MASON'S ATTENTION. A special communication of Laurel I.otlte No. Ill, A. F. & A.
