For the benefit of these persons a Ke icv representative today visit ed a prominent Itoseburg attorney and ascertained that Mr. Stewart is acting clearly within the law. The attorneys nu contend that Mr Stewart could b-gally rt-fusi; to allow- persons to bathe in the river abutting hla properly unless they re mained at a point beyond the middle of the stream.
