Kletzer acted as toastmaster and felicitous addresses were made by Mr. ami Mrs. L. A. liass, S. X. Woodard. Me. V. Daiifcherty, and Messrs. Clark. Har den and Applegate. Appropriate re sponses were made by Mr. and Mrs. Heard. On Friday evening the local Ite bekahs gave a reception In honor of Mr. and Mrs. Heard, at which there was a large attendance. Kefresn ments were served and a highly fra ternal spirit prevailed. On Saturday evening Mr. and Mrs Heard were entertained tit dinner by Postmaster and Mrs. Manley M. Strawn. This was also a very happy event. There is general regret at the de parture of Mr. and Mrs. Heard, who have gained the highest esteem of the entire community. I).
