In 1908 the trees bore fruit of an inferior variety and plaintiffs were compelled to dig up the trees nr eraft them. Therefore by reason of defendants' misrepresentation In regard to the variety of trees ana because of the four years' labor lost, plaintiffs feel damaged In the sum of J3072.O0.
