"District Attorney George Neuner left this morning for Myrtle Creek where he spent several hours repre senting the state in its case against I Mr. Steuer, who Is charged by Mr. Hodglns with assault with a danger ous weapon. Miss Elaine Bell that she had been placed temporarily In charge of the bureau of fisheries at the U. S. department of commerce office at Seattle.
