The "swivel choir pilots" of the army aerial service, led by Lieut. Col. i Ramus! Reber. are to be replaced by skilled aviators, according to a posi tive statement made by war department ollicials. It is considered likely (that Lieut. Col. George 0. Squicr will succeed Col. Reber. An important now flguro on the aviation board will be Lieut. Thomas U.
