CRESWELL - JASPER Terrain: Low rolling hills in the eastern part, flat in the western part. Road Conditions: Parts of Franklin Blvd., parts of the road from Creswell to Hwy 58, and parts of Enterprise Rd. are uneven. Jasper Rd. between Jasper and Springfield is narrow and has heavy traffic. Total Distance: From Franklin Blvd, at Willamette Bridge to 32nd and Main in Springfield: 26 miles. Comments. This is a pleasant route of varying terrain. We favor the variety of low hilly country best. It's not hard going up and one can rest going down. Jasper County Park is a spacious, grassy park across the river from twin rocky buttes. A.
