The evidence yester day Indicates that many of. the names 'wtfre 'forgeries. Th testimony of Miss Nellie S. Starr and Miss Mtnn'e Burke, who checked over the peti tions, was that they had examined 6753 names on the Parkinson peti tions. Of these 3238 names they found on the registers, and 2902 they pronounced genuine on the pe petitions, judged by the signatures 131 were classified as 'suspected" and 131 as bad, or forgeries. On cross-examination the women said that they had eliminated whole petitions being circulated by Joseph Gorham, Harry Goldman, Robert Goldman, Charles Falk, Fred Koch, Harry Coler and W. H. Reynolds. The reason for this action, they tes tified, was that they became satisfied that all or nearly all of the names were fraudulent, the steady stream of the handwriting of only four or five persons making them feel that prob ably whole petitions were forged. These were not taken Into consider ation in any way In the report. o . We Buck Up Our Statements With Our Personal Reputation and Money. We are so positive that we can re lieve constipation, no matter how chronlo- It mny be, that we offer to furnish the medicine free of all cost if we fail.
