DAILY OAPI TAXi JOURNAL, SALEM, OREGON, TUESDAY, MARCH 81. 1008 S A CORRECTION, IN ANDRESEN vs. KURTZ This paper in tho Issue of Satur day, March 28, under tlie head of MATTER DECIDED J1V JUDGE GALLOWAY, stated In reference to tho suit to dissolve the partnership of Andresen and Krutz, that testi mony was Introduced showing that Andresen had no Interest, other thnn as an omployo in tho business, This Is a mistake, reflecting un fairly upon Mr. Andresen, as tho enso has not. yot been tried and no testi mony hatt as yet been Introduced by olthor party. What Judge Gallo way did decide was a motion to ap point a receiver to take chnrgo of tho business of tho partnership, sup ported by affidavits of Andreson and other parties nnd by affidavits of Mr. Knutz supported by his nnd other affidavits. Judge GaHoway simply refused to nppolnt a recolvor at tho present tlmo and Kurtz attornoy consented to allow Andresen an examination of tho boolu of tho partnership, nnd tho case will bo tried boiiio tlmo In tho future.
