What Judge Gallo way did decide was a motion to ap point a receiver to take chnrgo of tho business of tho partnership, sup ported by affidavits of Andreson and other parties nnd by affidavits of Mr. Knutz supported by his nnd other affidavits. Judge GaHoway simply refused to nppolnt a recolvor at tho present tlmo and Kurtz attornoy consented to allow Andresen an examination of tho boolu of tho partnership, nnd tho case will bo tried boiiio tlmo In tho future.
