A CORRECTION, IN
ANDRESEN vs. KURTZ
This paper in tho Issue of Satur
day, March 28, under tlie head of
MATTER DECIDED J1V JUDGE
GALLOWAY, stated In reference to
tho suit to dissolve the partnership
of Andresen and Krutz, that testi
mony was Introduced showing that
Andresen had no Interest, other thnn
as an omployo in tho business,
This Is a mistake, reflecting un
fairly upon Mr. Andresen, as tho enso
has not. yot been tried and no testi
mony hatt as yet been Introduced by
olthor party. What Judge Gallo
way did decide was a motion to ap
point a receiver to take chnrgo of
tho business of tho partnership, sup
ported by affidavits of Andreson and
other parties nnd by affidavits of
Mr. Knutz supported by his nnd
other affidavits.
Judge GaHoway simply refused to
nppolnt a recolvor at tho present
tlmo and Kurtz attornoy consented
to allow Andresen an examination
of tho boolu of tho partnership, nnd
tho case will bo tried boiiio tlmo In
tho future.
This paper hnd no desire to m's
roprosont tho facts of itho caho and
gladly makes tho cqrjroctlon.
