Tho meeting was called to order by Mayor Rodgers, and the following alderman answered to tho roll call: Elliott, Radcllff, Goodo, Jacobs, Frn sor, Low, Stolz, Eldrldge, Millard, Momtt and Mooms. Tho list of standing committees was announced by tho mavor. Tho mayor announced that Alder man Jacobs should servo until his successor, Aldermnn-eloct Prosnnll should bo duly Qualified.
