Tho receipts from all Bourcos since that tlmo hnvo been $20, 882.10, and tho disbursements $22,873.80, leaving a balance on hnnd to the amount of $7980.35. Thoro aro outfttnndlng general fund warrants endorsed "Not paid for want of funds" to the nmotint of $2042.14. Theso will havo been called before this report reaches your honorablo body, and thoro will still bo a balance left applicable to tho payment of a part, nt least, of the warrants drawn for the month of De comber, 1907; leaving a sufficient amount on hand to protpct tho pay ment of Interest duo on various bonds as It accruos.
