They do a goneral gram warehousing bvtsiness, approximating last year, according to tho petition filed .by them, nt 20,000 bushels of wheat ami 30,000 bushels of oats, Tho court fixed the bond at $20,000. Tho resignation of V. W. Taylor as road supervisor of district No. 23 was accepted, and Wm. Taylor was appoint ed. Also tho resignation of J. E. Cuts ford as supervisor of district No. 7 nnd J. K. Zeieler, was appointed as his successor. County Becorder Seigmund appointed his wife, Inez Seigmund, and P. P. Waters deputy recorders, and tho ap pointments were confirmed by tho court. Tho Farmers' Mutual Tolephono Co. was granted tho right to erect poles on tho county road leading from Liberty to Kosedalo, and to connect with this city. Clerk Boland filed a report showing tho nmount of wnrrants outstanding against tho county for tho period prior to sovon years beforo July 1st of tho present year, amounting to $35,750, and ho was instructed to advertiso and can col the samo according to law. Circuit Judgo Galloway convened court this nfternoon, and will hear a number of cases.
