We are told that the Citizens' admin istration "saved" $5000 collected on the Anson bond. Of that sum $1250 was paid to a Democratic attorney and $3750 kept by the city. It Is by such 'figuring" as this that a total "saving" of $50,000 Is claimed. It has been asserted that the sa Men like Joe Baker, Steve McFad den, Al. Dlsque and W. T.
