IJy a sinking fund, which the company agrees to pay into tbo hands of a trustee chosen by the bond holders, as follews: Kirst payment on July 1, 1890, $5,000, and thereufter,on the first day of July In each Imd every year the sumo amount, until niuliirity of bonds, which with its lnteiestaocu- miilations and semi-annual i merest payments, will be ample to pay oft all outstanding bonds, principal and Interest.
