ballasting of it iscutirely completed,
this small shortage can be paid out
ofthe net earnings of the road.
The bouds, ono hundred and lifty
iu number, of $1000 each, amounting
to. J.150,000, will run tweuty-llve
years, bearing six per cent. Interest
payable semi-annually, non-taxable.
They will bo secured: 1st. I-J3 a
first mortgage on all tlio piopcrty
of tlio company, present and pros
pective, including the proposed belt
line or street rail wajs. 2nd. IJy a
sinking fund, which the company
agrees to pay into tbo hands of a
trustee chosen by the bond holders,
as follews:
Kirst payment on July 1, 1890,
$5,000, and thereufter,on the first day
of July In each Imd every year the
sumo amount, until niuliirity of
bonds, which with its lnteiestaocu-
miilations and semi-annual i merest
payments, will be ample to pay oft
all outstanding bonds, principal and
Interest.
The money, to lie obtained from
salu of the one hundred and twenty
bonds, shall be applied only towards
the purcluisuof the rails, fastenings,
motive power and rolling stock, nee
esMiry. for said road, ineludiiig- tho
freight thereon; and payment to bo
made, only as fast as it will bo re
quired to meet the bills therefor, as
they fall due, and are accompanied
by bills of lading or other satisfac
tory evidences. All money due on
said bonds', to be paid through a
trustee, appointed by the bond
