They made him a judge and as such he sent hif partuer, the editor, to the work-house, and said he was a bad man, and should not only be deprived of the means of living, but punished. We don't indorse the act of an edi tor in laboring for what is wrong or agaiast what is right for mouey but how about the lawyer? Leav enworth Times.
