Wilson scored six straight games to keep pace with Neil who also polished off three opponents. Prime mover during the week was Roger Norland who won 5 of 6 games placed, including two wins over Father Simard to ease into third place. His split with Red McCradv provided the opening for Norland to reach the higher rung. Two splits and two losses dropped Red back to fourth place while Father Simard lost six games while winning only two to remain behind McCradv in the standings. ctlesslv flogging st* oppo nents to win 11 of 12 games.
