The successful bidder will be required to furnish a bond for faithful performance of the con tract in the full amount of the contract price. The right is reserved to re ject any or all proposals, to postpone the Award of the con tract for a period not to ex ceed 30 days, and to accept that proposal which is to the best interests of the City of Nyssa, Oregon.
