Each proposal must be sub
mitted on the prescribed form
and accompanied by a certi
fied check or bid bond executed
on the prescribed form, payable
to the City of Nyssa, Oregon in
an amount not less than 10 per
cent of the amount bid.
The successful bidder will be
required to furnish a bond for
faithful performance of the con
tract in the full amount of the
contract price.
The right is reserved to re
ject any or all proposals, to
postpone the Award of the con
tract for a period not to ex
ceed 30 days, and to accept
that proposal which is to the
best interests of the City of
Nyssa, Oregon.
