COUNTY COURT PROCEEDINGS Minutes of the Malheur County Court Meeting • August l. 1073: Court met with Judge Roy Hirai presiding and Com miss toners E W Maag and Sam Hartley present Court met with Solid Waste Committee regarding Solid Waste Study The Committee recommended that Malheur County adopt the solid waste program John Edwards met with the Court regarding the budget for the Family Sen tee Clinic for 1973 74 Court approved salary of <376 00 per month for Sheriffs Secretary Approved by Motion, the application for a liquor license for Mr. Vilsmeyer at Vilsmeyeer s Grocery Approved by Motion, the application for a liquor license for Mr. Rollins at Macks Grocery Approved by Motion, the application for a liquor license for Mr Ronfeld at Owyhee J isict ion Approved by Motion, the application for a liquor license for Mr Eckstein at Birrs Junction Approved by Motion to pay the Association of Oregon Counties dues of $1.280 77.
