Ocamica, U.S. Navy, left Wedin sday for ten weeks schooling at the Naval Training Center, Great Lakes, Illinois. Richard is the son of Mi. and Mrs. Tony Ocamica, Adrian, and a 1972 graduate of Adrian High School. He joined the Navy in May. and completedhis recruit training at the Naval Training Center, San Diego, California. He was one of 1750 men who graduated Au gust 4, the largest in the base’s history. Ocamica was a squad leader of Special Company 923, and was Oregon Flag Bearer for the Members of Nyssa High School graduating class of 1947 held their 15-year reunion during the weekend.
