The score was knotted at 17 all at the end of the first quarter and Parma pulled ahead to a 35-31 lead at halftime. Pum ping in 22 points in the third quarter, the Bulldogs pulled into a 53-47 lead. Coach Gerald Talbot substi- tued freely in the last quarter, with all 16 varsity squad mem bers seeing action, and the Bulldogs scored 24 more coun ters for the 77-58 victory. Ron Moffis, the only Bulldog to foul out of the game, con 195/528; Verda Simpson, 190/ tributed 13 points. Other 506. scorers were Dave Manley 4, Bowlers of the week, Stella Philipe Martinez 4, Keith Olde- Ross, 528, scratch and Kay meyer 5, Dan Nichols 6, Scott Brendle, 598, handicap. Engstrom 6 and Bob Holmes 4. 0 0 0 Parma scorers were Lundy Coach Dr. Jean Neely of Eas tern Oregon College in La- Grande reported that the vic tories this year of the EOC Hockey Team was due to an all-out team effort. Margaret Dority and Susan Kouns, two of the regulars on the team, were really fired up in the OEC vs NNC game, and helped OEC defeat Northwest Nazarene with a score of 5-1. Maurine Schollian scored two of < the goals and Pat Jacobson, Sue Kouns, and Margaret Dority ! each scored one. < EOC Hockey Team closed a successful season with a re cord of 7-0-1 by winning three 8, Gross 8, Johnson 10, Sells and tying one at the Northwest 10, Coles 9, Bake 3, Stone 4, Field Hockey Conference re Gebert 2, Brixey 2 and Hop cently held in Tacoma, Wash. kins 2.
