Durrant is announced by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Glen Weeks of Parma. The future bridegroom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Leon A. Durrant of Lomita, Calif. Miss Weeks is a graduate of Lady Catherine’s beauty college in Boise. Her fiance recently returned from a LDS mission tn New Zealand. An August 2 wedding is planned by the engaged couple. Her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ray B. Huffman announce her engagement to Ronald G. Hib bard, son of Mr. and Mrs. LaVern Foreman of Emmett. The bride-elect is a graduate of Link’s School of Business in Boise where she is residing and employed. Her fiance is working at the Emmett Beeline Service station. No definite date has been set for the wedding. LEILA FARMER Her engagement to Richard D Baker is announced by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harold E. Dail of Route 1, Nyssa. The future-bridegroom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. George Baker of Vale. The bride-elect was graduated from Nyssa high school in 1966. Her fiance is a 1966 graduate of Vale union high school. They are both students at Treasure Valley Community college and will graduate in June. They plan to enroll this fall at Eastern Oregon college in La Grande. An August wed ding date has been chosen by the betrothed couple. Wedding Gowns To Highlight TVCWC Session “Wedding Gowns Through the Years’’ will be a special attrac tion at the June 5 monthly luncheon meeting of the Trea sure Valley Christian Women’s club. June is Mother-Daughter month and all are encouraged to take their daughters to this exciting fashion show. Mrs. John Lehmkuhl is hand ling arrangements for the gowns and anyone knowing of, or owning a gown, is asked to please contact her in Payette. It is hoped to have as many years as possible represented. Speaker for the afternoon will bo Roger Schuck, Village Mis sionary from Unity, Ore. He served in the medical corps prior to his full-time Chris tian service. He attended the Philadelphia College of Bible and has been serving in the Her ford, Bates, and Unity commun ities since 1966.
