HEC Session Slated Ellen J. Hansen At Stephen Residence Members of the Oregon Trail Grange Home Economics club met Oct. 19 at the home of Mrs. Frank Holub. Fourteen women answered roll call by telling what they had done for Halloween dur ing past years. Mrs. Orma Cleaver and Mrs. Holub were re-elected to their offices of chairman and vice chairman, respectively. Mrs. Ellen Jones was named secretary-treas urer. Making full use of the law and his broad knowledge and background, he requires complete background investigation of the child and adoptive home — a waiting period in the home before final adoption, protecting both the child being adopted and the adoptive parents. The court hears more than 40 petitions each year.
