Genealogical Library Huge The Genealogical society has amassed one of the largest gen ealogical libraries in the world. Millions of volumes of microfilm records are safely stored in an enormous mountain vault near Salt Lake City. The records are necessary for baptisms and mar riages performed by proxy in Mormon temples. Some 287,000 women in most of the free world are members of the Relief society, an organ ization which assists the poor and the sick.
