LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF SCHOOL ELECTION Upon Question of Increasing Tax Levy Over Amount Limited by Section 11, Article XI, State Constitution Notice is hereby given that an election will be held in School District No. 26 of Malheur Coun ty, State of Oregon, from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. on April 19, 1965, at the little theater of the high school in said school district, for the pur pose of submitting to the legal voters of said district the question of increasing the tax levy for the fiscal year 1965 - 1966 over the amount limited by section 11, ar ticle XI, of the Constitution of Oregon. The reasons for increasing such levy are: Insufficient tax base to operate necessary school program, to re place one school bus, to make necessary repairs to school build ings and grounds.
