JUNE 1, 1950 Dairymen Hold Dinner Meeting A large number o{ business and professional people attended a din ner given in the Moore hotel in On tario last Friday night when 18 directors and western Oregon mem bers o f the Oregon Jersey Cattle club met for their monthly meeting. The 18 visitors were here to attend the spring Jersey show sponsored by the Malheur Jersey CaWle club Sat urday. Mayor Dyre Bennett, on behalf of the city of Ontario, said “ I would like to welcome you folks to Mal heur county. The president then introduced the directors and other western Ore gon breeders, totaling 18. Rosel Hunter, president of the Malheur dub. is one of the Oregon directors.
