Candidates are positively re quired to turn in all subscrip tions they have on report day. (Every Wednesday and every Saturday.) Candidates may secure sub scriptions any place or from any one. Cash must accompany all orders where votes are de sired. The management reserves the right to add to these rules for the mutual protec tion and interests of this newspaper and the candi dates.
